Our 1,200 sqft Sports Injury and Performance Centre has everything needed to provide the very best in injury and performance support.
Every aspect of the facility is geared towards helping you to maximise your potential. This could be following injury or surgery or as you push the limits of human performance. This is our optimal working environment and we know that you will love it too. We look forward to working with individuals with varying activity levels and relish the challenges this can bring.

Altitude training is an incredible way to improve your fitness and performance within a short timescale. Exercising with our state of the art equipment at reduced oxygen saturation levels will stimulate your body to produce more red blood cells and increase metabolism.
Whether you’re recovering from injury or working at improving your performance our state-of the-art running track is designed for you.
Equipped with the latest recovery equipment including Game Ready, Normatec and Compex. Ideal for rehabilitating post-event or as part of the rehabilitation process.
We have two large treatment rooms upstairs and a third treatment area downstairs in the performance centre.
We have two large unisex changing rooms with monsoon showers on the ground floor with wheelchair access. Both have shower rails and a fold down seat.
We have three designated car parking spaces out the front, which we keep clear for those requiring good access. There is more plenty more parking opposite and in the overflow car park adjacent to our facility.
Wear clothing that you feel comfortable in, if you are working in the performance centre we advise trainers and sports gear. If you have any letters or medical notes from specialists bring them along to your first appointment. Help yourself to complimentary tea, coffee, water, Wi-Fi and use our towels. We want you to feel relaxed and at home in the building.
