A'Level and BTEC students

| Details | We offer A'Level and BTEC students the chance to practically experience components of their syllabus. Typically a visit lasts 2 hours and caters for a group of up to 15 students. These sessions are tailored to the needs of each group and can include elements from: Movement Screening, Exercise Prescription, VO2 Max Testing, Blood Lactate Testing, Speed Tests, Jump Tests, Watt Bike Power Output, Capacity Testing , Program Design, Injury Management and Mental Health in the Young Athlete. There is also the opportunity for students to try out some of our specialist equipment including the Anti-Gravity Treadmill, GameReady, Normatec and Altitude Systems. *All members of GP staff are DBS checked. |
Tristan heads up our athletic performance department, he is a Loughborough University sports science graduate with an MSc in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary's University.
Tristan has coached national and international athletes competing in Football, Formula 1, Athletics and Lacrosse as well as amateurs and professionals in Mixed Martial Arts, Rugby and Tennis. He is an accredited member of the UK Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
